Information about the coach
Hello, I'm Sarah! I'm a registered Nutritional Therapist with 11 years' experience of working with clients in a clinical environment.
I have been a Metabolic Balance coach since 2014, working with clients to achieve both weight loss and hormone balancing goals.
I also use the programme as part of my clinical specialism supporting gut health.
