Information about the coach
I am a fully qualified and Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner as well as a metabolic balance coach. I have coached over 200 clients through metabolic balance alongside any other symptoms and conditions they may have. I also specialise in thyroid health, menopause, digestive disorders and DNA health.
Information on practice
I support my clients face to face at my home clinic in Thatcham and at Active Health Clinics in Maidenhead as well as offering online support to those not close enough but who would still like to work with me.
