Information about the coach

I am a Naturopath living in Central Australia and have been based in Alice Springs, Northern Territory, for over four years. I grew up in a small country town in regional NSW and am familiar with the challenges that arise from living rurally and/or remotely. I love the outdoors and you will often find me bushwalking and seeking out waterholes whenever I can.

One of my passions is assisting people with their health, teaching them how to improve their wellbeing in order to live a better life. I am constantly studying to find ways to assist people as well as further develop my own knowledge and understanding.

I am a firm believer in walking my talk and have had amazing results personally by following the Metabolic Balance® program and look forward to assisting you on your health journey.
